ride time 3:00 – 4:00
difficulty hard

The ‘Rastötzen’ is located at the foot of the ‘Gamskarkogel’ and also on the sunny side of the Gastein valley. The trials of the uphill are worth it because you will be rewarded with a fantastic panorama view. The forest trail leads through a romantic mixed forest where you can admire a pink flower sea during the florescene. The tour is also spectacular when the sun is low because this makes the greenschist rocks particularly bright.

Tour Biberalm:

ride time 4:00 – 5:00
difficulty hard

During the tour to the ‘Biberalm’ in Bad Hofgastein you will already experience a unique panorama view over the Gastein valley after a few meters of altitude. The following forest path leads through a beautiful mountain forest into another alpine area of Bad Hofgastein. After the exhausting ride you can recharge your energy supplies on the alpine huts with Gasteiner products from own production.

This tour is perfect for ‘endurance-freaks’. You get to know almost the entire Gastein valley and you also have an incredible panorama view at the top of the ‘Fulseck’. In addition to the ‘Ankogel’ group, the ‘Hochkönig’ massif and the ‘Dachstein’ you can also enjoy the view to the ‘Großglockner’. During the visit to the ‘Spiegelsee’ you can make your legs fit for a return trip on the ‘Kneip path’.

One of the most beautiful biketours leads to the summit of the ‘Stubnerkogel’, the adventure and view mountain of Bad Gastein. First you walk over a perfectly constructed forest road, past numerous sights like the ‘Hängebrücke’ or the ‘Felsenweg’. Once up you can admire the breathtaking view over the entire Gastein valley and the peaks of the ‘Hohe Tauern’. Don’t forget to make a photo after 1.600 altimeters at the photo point on the ‘Hängebrücke’. Then you can take the rapid descent into the valley.
