Alexandra Kleinheinrich: Vinyasa Flow Yoga with heart and soul
Alexandra Kleinheinrich has been working as a journalist for many years and is now an author of movies scripts and prosa and she teaches yoga. Her love for yoga started almost 20 years ago when she was living in London; in these times Asthanga Yoga was till as exotic as the first Coffeeshops. Right from her first lesson Alexandra felt that an important transformation had taken place: she felt grounded in her body, clear in the mind and happy in her heart.
Her yoga path made her experience Ashtanga, Sivananda and Anusara; in 2010 she got to know Spirit Yoga when she took her teachers’ degree with Patricia Thielemann. Since then Alexandra has been part of the team of Spirit Yoga in Berlin’s district “Mitte” and teaches well focused Vinyasa Flow Yoga with heart and soul. In addition she has taken a further degree in restorative yoga with Mary Mc Dermott and offers restorative yoga in her evening classes that include sequences of meditation, too. Her teaching is influenced by Mari Nil’s healing work, the meditation techniques of Jack Kornfield as well as the breathing techniques of Max Strom.
