ALEXANDRA MUHM
ALEXANDRA MUHM: Yoga, Vedic Chanting, Meditation & Spiral dynamics
Since 2004, Alexandra combines Yoga, Vedic Chanting, meditation and Spiraldynamic in her yoga classes. She is concerned with the mindful connection of breathing and movement as well as the focus of attention in silence. It is important not to manipulate energies, but to invite to feel the space that is there and to discover what is about to happen. For her, health means the absence of physical pain, tightness or discomfort and the simultaneous experience of “dynamic” inner peace, space and serenity on a spiritual and mental level. “We are healthy when we are free of egotistical goals and can (re)orient ourselves to original sources of power that nourish us in every way. I’m supporting my students in the awareness training not to be separated from nature, but to be intimately connected with it. I have been able to do that very easily at the powerful places in Bad Gastein for many years. “
