Alexandra is a physiotherapist and finished her first yoga teacher training in 2008. Since then she has been teaching passionately.
For Alexandra, yoga means being in the moment, creating balance between movement and stillness, finding awareness for one’s self and surrendering to life.
Responsible and careful hands-on adjustments are an important element of her teaching, especially as a physiotherapist. Students with a limited range of motion or other restrictions can profit individually from her classes.
Besides many physiotherapy and yoga trainings (vinyasa flow, hormone yoga after Dinah Rodrigues, birthlight pre- and postnatal, baby yoga, anusara immersions, and many more), Alexandra is also working as a stress management and mental coach.
