ALINA CORDING: VINYASA/MEDICAL YOGA AND YIN YOGA
Alina’s heart beats for physiotherapy and yoga – especially for the combination of the two. Her path led her from vinyasa and medical yoga to yin yoga, as she considers the combination of yin and yang to be essential. After her vinyasa teacher training, she also completed a medical yoga training, which makes her practice versatile and holistic.
Alina loves to respond intuitively to the individual needs of her students and feels at home in both vinyasa and yin yoga. Her goal is to move people on every level, and so her life as a physiotherapist and her personal fascination with the human body also play an important role in her classes.
Breathwork has also captivated her and enriches many of her classes. Alina always finds something new, cyclical and intuitive in yoga that arises from the moment and looks forward to accompanying others on their path to themselves and (re)discovering the body together with them.
