As a Berliner, spirituality goes hand in hand with my Berlin attitude. My classes draw on everyday life, its events and inspirations. I pay particular attention to detailed posture alignment, learning mindful breathing and, above all, enjoying the practice.
My yoga experience began in 1999 with a yoga book from the bargain table at the bookshop around the corner. The pictures, explanations and philosophical texts appealed to me and left me with many questions and a few tiny answers. My curiosity for more depth, spiritual development and detailed knowledge led me to complete my training as a yoga teacher in 2009, and I decided to work as a yoga teacher.
My yoga classes draw on various yoga styles/traditions – e.g. Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga & Kundalini Yoga – and I teach pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation and yoga philosophy.
I teach yoga classes, yoga workshops, yoga retreats, individual lessons and business yoga, and work for travel companies as a yoga teacher.
