Annette Kugler
Through yoga, you can get in touch with your body, become aware of your thoughts, feelings and needs, and consciously control them.
We strengthen our physical bodies through an energising yoga practice in the morning. The evening class is calmer and more focused on stretching and relaxation.
About me:
My name is Annette Kugler, I am 46 years old, a mother of four and stepmother, and I come from Berlin. I am an occupational therapist and completed my classical Hatha yoga teacher training with Wanda Badwal in Bali in 2018. I travelled to India to deepen my practice and teach in various settings in Berlin and on retreats. I am also a lecturer in mindfulness and meditation and completed my training as a Practitioner of Andean Medicine (Peru) in 2023.
