My teaching style is characterised by the lightness of vinyasa yoga, the clarity of hatha yoga and the calmness of yin yoga. In my yoga classes, I place particular emphasis on mindfulness, breath control and an anatomically sound practice. For me, yoga is much more than a physical exercise. It is a spiritual journey, an encounter with our inner, healed core. Through yoga, we can not only strengthen our body, but also nourish our soul and promote our mental health. Every breath, every movement, every posture offers the opportunity to get to know yourself better and to be in harmony with your own being.
