Trained in yoga therapy with Bitta Boerger (300 hours), the Lovelylsita Yoga Basic Training (300 hours), as an Aerial Teacher (50 hours) and in Thai Yoga Massage (50 hours), movement, dance and music were and are the elixir of life for me.
After many years as a synchronised swimmer, I came to Shivananda Hatha Yoga via dance in 1995. Since then, I have steadily expanded my own yoga practice with experienced teachers and in further training courses and have dedicated myself to various techniques of healing and bodywork, such as Zhineng Qigong (Chinese healing Qi Gong), Feldenkrais, Gyrokinesis and Rolfing.
I was introduced to Zen meditation by André Steiner in 2013. Meditation and yoga philosophy, together with physical practice, are a fascinating way for me to combine health, deep feeling and joie de vivre.
