Sandra Reinalter: Hatha, Vinyasa & Yin Yoga
Before I decided to go to India to learn yoga, I worked as an interior designer abroad (Auckland/New Zealand) and in my home town of Munich. Yoga has been with me for a long time and has helped me in many life situations to come back to myself again and again.
For me, yoga is above all a way for us to immerse ourselves deeply in ourselves. By consciously observing our thoughts and feelings, we can initiate a process of transformation and thereby shed all those layers that we no longer need. So that we can live more and more from the true essence of our being.
In addition to Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, I mainly teach Yin Yoga, which I learnt from Biff Mithoefer.
I also teach prenatal yoga and have been able to accompany numerous women during their pregnancies.
May we all find our way back to ourselves again and again, because:
‘You are not accidental. The world needs you. Without you, something will be missing in existence and nobody can replace it.’ – Osho
Namasté.
