Sandra Winkens: Vinyasa Flow & Meditation & Kundalini Yoga
Sandra was born in 1984 and lives in Berlin. She has been teaching Vinyasa Flow Yoga since 2010, focusing on healing, regeneration and strengthening. The dynamic – flowing practice, as well as the connection between breath and movement, give the practitioner a feeling of clarity and vitality. Pranayama, chanting and meditation lead to a slowing down of the mind. The nervous system is strengthened and the subconscious is cleansed. In the long term, this creates more space for joy and serenity in everyday life.
Currently, she is particularly involved with various forms of meditation and Kundalini Yoga.
