Yoga has been part of my life since I began studying music in Berlin a good twenty years ago. My practice soon became a source of calm, strength and inspiration. In 2015, I attended my first workshop with Michael J. Stewart, a teacher who continues to influence me to this day, and several months spent in India brought me into contact with the practice and spirituality of yoga. In 2018 and 2019, I trained as a yoga teacher at the YogaCircle Berlin Academy, and since 2022 I have been a certified teacher of Shanta Vira Yoga. I am infinitely grateful to be part of a colourful community connected through the practice, life and teaching of yoga. I am equally grateful to all the people I meet in my yoga classes, with whom I share this great treasure and from whom I learn so much. I guide a well-structured and safe practice that enables participants to connect with the power and intuition of their bodies and experience the joy of movement and vitality. Strengthening, mobilising and opening the body prepares us to feel ourselves on more subtle levels. Energetic exercises such as pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation and mantra are therefore important components of my classes.
