SHERIN NAJJAR: VINYASA YOGA
I teach contemporary and modern Vinyasa Yoga.
Anchored in the yoga tradition and supported by the four-element teachings, my classes interweave flowing, dynamic and powerful sequences with releasing, restorative elements. Energising choreographies are combined with deep relaxation. My practice is meditative and challenging at the same time. It is important to me that my participants leave their yoga class feeling invigorated, connected and at peace with themselves.
I am delighted to teach two yoga classes a day for Haus Hirt:
In the morning: An energising and powerful morning practice suitable for all levels. With changing thematic focuses, there is a special focus on establishing the breath and building a strong centre.
In the evening: pure relaxation with plenty of peace and quiet. A balancing and restorative yoga class with stretching elements and deep relaxation, culminating in a long savasana.
Dr Sherin Najjar is a licensed yoga teacher in Vinyasa Yoga (RYT 500 I Spirit Yoga) with additional training in yoga therapy, restorative and trauma-sensitive yoga, meditation and mental Ayurveda. She teaches open classes for the renowned Spirit Yoga Berlin studio and specialises in personal yoga.
