Dr. med. Patrick Bode has been working as an internist and cardiologist for over 24 years – with real passion. Based on his many years of medical experience and an eye for the latest scientific findings, he has developed something very special: the Bode Method.

A concept that is not only medically sound, but also inspiring and absolutely suitable for everyday use. At its heart are four pillars that strengthen body, mind and soul in equal measure:

1. Experience – What does really count in life? Which socio-emotional factors influence our well-being – and how do we consciously deal with them?

2. Exercise – movement is life! But how much is good, what kind suits me – and how do I really keep up with it?

3. Nutrition – you are what you eat. The basics of a healthy diet, explained clearly and without dogmatic rules.

4. Recovery – strength through rest. Why regeneration is not a luxury, but a key to long-term health.

Get your day off to a powerful start: bodyweight & HIIT training with Patrick – including tips on how to integrate exercise into your everyday life. Don’t worry: everything is possible, nothing is a must.

Lunch talk: Nutrition
A light lunch with facts & myths about food. How many eggs are actually okay? Low carb or more fat? What are the real benefits of supplements? Patrick explains it clearly and to the point.

Body scan in the Radon: Relaxation
Finally, things get quiet and conscious: Patrick invites you to go deep with a guided body scan session. What does real relaxation do to your nervous system and why is it so important? A powerful finale to a weekend full of new impulses.
