Sarah Loeper: Yoga, Personal Training, Physiotherapy
In Sarah’s yoga classes, strength and lightness are conveyed with great enthusiasm.
She is passionate about sharing her fascination for the body and her desire to help others feel at home in their own bodies.
This passion shapes her work as a physiotherapist, her personal training sessions with competitive athletes, as well as her yoga classes, which she offers mainly at the Yogaschool Berlin.
Since the birth of her two young sons, both her own yoga practice and the content of her yoga classes have changed. Originally coming from Ashtanga Yoga, her practice is now shaped by a wide variety of influences (including insights from fascia research) and personal experiences.
True to the motto “Quiet your thinking mind and wake up your feeling bodies”, her classes contain many springy sequences, vibrations and pulsations of the body are absorbed and the focus on breathing frees the mind.
Performing beneficial movements in flow, combining strength and suppleness, feeling movements instead of thinking them and allowing new movement patterns with energy in order to release old blockages – these are the contents that are close to her heart, not only in the yoga classes.
