Ulrike Reuter: Anusara Elements™ teacher
Ulrike first came into contact with yoga during her first pregnancy with her son. At that time she attended yoga classes for pregnant women, then postnatal classes and then again and again various hatha yoga classes in Hamburg. Uli felt refreshed and happy after each course, but something was still missing.
In Anusara yoga, she found the style that suited her perfectly. Especially in an everyday balancing act between family life and job, there are countless moments when one deeply wishes to have time for oneself. The asana practice is a great way to recharge your batteries and be completely in the moment. The philosophy and heart quality of the Anusara Yoga practice additionally supports a positive attitude toward life.
She started her Anusara Yoga Immersion with Veronika Freitag and Vilas Turske in 2013, followed by the Anusara Elements™ teacher training in 2014.
