NADJA KLIER: VINYASA FLOW WITH FOCUS ON HIPS, HEART & MEDIATION
“Sharing my experiences in yoga with others, watching them work on themselves and thereby connect and grow deeper with their self, makes me shine.”
Nadja Klier is a photographer as well as a trained yoga teacher and has been practising yoga for 14 years. Her favourite practice is Vinyasa Flow. These flowing asanas, and the creativity of the constantly changing sequences in every single class, inspire Nadja time and again. The combination of dynamics and the quiet, almost static moments, which are only kept alive by the steady breath, is a wonderful challenge.
Nadja’s thoughts and awareness on yoga: “When I want to withdraw in certain moments, the grounding element in yoga binds me again. When I sometimes want to push too hard in my tremendous impulsiveness, the steady inhaling and exhaling calms me down and reminds me of what is actually really important: taking a step back. Giving one thing the space it needs. Especially one’s own breath. In short, yoga actually manages to bring me into balance. And I would like to share and pass on this positive energy that comes from yoga practice.”
