CARMEN AUGSCHOELL: HATHA YOGA
Yoga teacher & winemaker in South Tyrol, Bressanone/Brixen
Yoga has been my daily companion for 6 years. I lived in Vienna for 5 years. My job involved a lot of traveling in the big cities of the world. Breathing techniques, meditation, and conscious movements helped me to see the restless everyday life from a serene point of view. I decided to take a Hatha Yoga course in Vienna. I prefer to teach dynamic units that are physically challenging. You find access to yourself through the body. You become calmer and clearer.
I was born and raised at Röckweingut in Villanders (South Tyrol, Italy), which I run together with my brother Hannes. Our doors are always open for a visit!
My yoga style
My classes consist of conscious, flowing movement sequences – so-called flows. The breath connects with the movements. We reduce stress and tension, improve our physical as well as mental awareness, stimulate our creativity and ability to concentrate, and incidentally improve our muscular flexibility, strength, and endurance. Breathe in together and revive!
