Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Hanna
Hanna started her yoga practice in Berlin ten years ago, during her acting training at Ernst Busch Berlin. For her, yoga means health, curiosity, joy of life, mindfulness and a source of energy. After exploring different styles and training as a yoga teacher for one and a half years, she has developed a fluid style of yoga that includes focusing on meditative elements.
She has been meditating mindful meditation and TM meditation for several years and can also guide meditations. Hanna is looking forward to meeting people who want to practise yoga together and to keep learning.
Hanna’s main occupation has been working in various German-speaking theatres for the past 10 years and after the Corona sabbatical, she is starting to act again at the Burgtheater in Vienna.
