Nicole Herrmann: Vinyasa Flow & Kundalini Yoga
My name is Nicole Herrmann and I have been practising yoga for over 10 years. In the last few years, something essential has changed in me – I have become more serene, compassionate, loving and grounded. The yoga and mediation practice have shown me how to deal with the demands of everyday life, but also with challenging feelings such as pain, insecurity and restlessness. As a result, a feeling of lightness, joy and connection has developed.
Through a focused asana practice we build stability and allow the pent-up energies to flow freely again, pranayama helps us to clear the mind and focus on what is important, meditation creates a deeper connection to our true self and this leads to a sense of joy and serenity.
To enjoy this life we have been given to the fullest and to reduce fears is my goal for myself and others.
