Claudia Müller-Czirnik: Anusara-Yoga
Specializations: Anusara Yoga, Fascial Fitness, Somatic Stress Release Practitioner, NeuroEmbodiment Coach according to the NESC method
Her yoga classes are challenging on all levels, but always mindful and adapted to the level of the student, her coaching gives you the space for your process; the solution lies within you.
Claudia is a nature lover through and through and a self-confessed “country bumpkin”. With her husband, two teenage sons, dog, horse and cat, she lives in a small village between the Isar and Lake Starnberg and enjoys being close to the elements.
Grounded, with both feet firmly planted in life, she is always curious and playful as she delves deeper into the experience of this unique and irretrievable life.
Claudia appreciates the precise alignment principles of Anusara yoga as well as the variability of fascia yoga and the deep involvement in systems such as Body Mind Centering – an experimental way of experiencing anatomy.
Her teaching style is always tailored to the unique moment and person.
Her students, most of whom have been with her for many years, appreciate her profound, clear and humorous approach.
She sees herself less as a teacher and more as a companion and “space opener” on every incomparable path.
