ADELAIDA ATZMUELLER: HATHA YOGA, YIN YOGA & FASCIA YOGA

My name is Ada Atzmueller from Linz, Austria.
My yoga path began many years ago in Thailand when I first came into contact with Nuad Yoga Massage in 1993 and it triggered an unprecedented enthusiasm in me!
In numerous trainings and further education with different Nuad teachers and masters in Chiang Mai, Northern Thailand (“Capital of Healing”) I had many good opportunities over the years to dive very deeply into traditional Thai massage (Nuad Yoga Bodywork or also called Thai Yoga). I received my Nuad Thai diploma at the Old Medicine Hospital, Chiang Mai, and in many other schools.

Since March 2017 I have been teaching Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Fascia Yoga at the JKU (Joh. Kepler University) Linz as well as in many yoga retreats in Europe (in cooperation with various yoga tour operators).

I learned Craniosacral Balancing from the British Cranio Master Rosemary Wallace, the “original” of Craniosacral Biodynamics, in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
