Sylvia Brunner: Ashtanga Yoga
Sylvia has been practising Ashtanga Yoga with enthusiasm and passion since 2001.
At the beginning of her practice, she wanted to find a balance to her often stressful job in the pharmaceutical industry. Today it is a means for her to master everyday life centred and with a clear mind.
Sylvia’s teaching is characterised by a loving and engaging way of helping her students to reach their full potential and achieve their goals.
It is especially important to her to gently guide the students individually into the right position through “adjustments”.
She finds that constant yoga practice is a good way to ground the body, also on a spiritual level, to create a stable base and to open the heart.
Yoga is possible always and everywhere, regardless of age or physical conditions.
