Bettina Schuler: Vinyasa Flow and Pre- and Postnatal Teacher
Bettina Schuler lives and works as a yoga teacher and author in Berlin.
She completed her training as a Vinyasa Flow and pre-and postnatal teacher at Spirit Yoga Berlin.
She is also the founder and managing director of the non-profit organization Citizen2be, which aims to help traumatized women work through their traumas with the power of yoga.
She came across yoga in 2006 during the turbulent time of her pregnancy. Since then, she can no longer imagine her life without it. Not least because it also helps her to face the hectic pace of everyday life with more serenity.
For her, yoga is meditation through movement, the possibility to calm body and mind at the same time, and the chance to arrive in the here and now with mind and body instead of always dwelling on the past or brooding about the future.
