Hanna Kaesemann: Anusara Yoga
In my yoga classes, I first and foremost want you to feel comfortable and to practise yoga without any expectations of yourself. It’s more about letting go of your protective shield (which each of us carries around with us all day) and appreciating yourself in a protected setting. It is important to me to teach with an inner attitude and an intention behind it. And that you leave my yoga class with a smile.
