Nando Eiden: Yoga teacher & alternative practitioner with TCM focus
Nando Eiden teaches yoga with the aim of connecting body and mind. His style is powerful and relaxing at the same time – and can be titled Vinyasa Flow Yoga. Conscious movements in the rhythm of the breath have a harmonising effect on health and well-being.
Nando lives and works in Berlin as a yoga teacher and alternative practitioner specialising in traditional Chinese medicine. He completed his training as a certified yoga teacher with Patricia Thielemann (Spirit Yoga) in Berlin, among others.
His aim is to combine the health-promoting aspects of both disciplines. He approaches both yoga and life with joy and interest.
