Clemens Frede: Anusara Yoga and Embodied Flow
For Clemens, yoga is the teaching of how to cope with life and find happiness. In his yoga classes, the focus is on the student and the experience, as well as teaching yoga as a tangible philosophy. Especially with beginners, he pays attention to a good foundation and healthy alignment so that his students can grow beyond themselves. Those who come out of his classes should feel liberated, balanced and happy – ready for a modern everyday life.
Embodied Flow™ is a relatively new method developed by Tara Judelle and Scott Lyons. It helps to develop a sensitive mindfulness and to integrate body and mind. The awareness of the body in Embodied Flow™ allows for a clearer experience of the self. The practice bridges physical movement and meditation.
