Christina Lobe: Anusara Yoga
Christina Lobe is a mother, wife, friend and anchored in yoga with body and soul. She has been teaching Anusara Yoga® since 2005, is a certified Anusara Yoga® teacher and registered yoga teacher eRYT-500 Yoga Alliance. Her foundation is an alignment-based style of yoga, which she complements with teachings from Tantric philosophy. Her aspiration is to show each individual their value and to live and teach truthfulness and transparency. The path into the depth of one’s own heart is the foundation for a fulfilled and at the same time free life. The stability that Christina creates as a mother at home together with the freedom and flexibility of being a yoga teacher on the road wonderfully combine two complementary opposites and enrich her teaching.
Christina teaches workshops, retreats, Anusara Immersions and Anusara Teacher Trainings 200hrs / 300hrs in Germany and other German speaking countries.
