DR. UMA EWERT: YOGACOACHING: THE ART OF INNER AND OUTER DEVELOPMENT
As a scientifically trained behavioural scientist, Dr. Uma Ewert has learned to sharpen her mind and mental faculties to gain new insights and patiently seek out deeply hidden connections. In her many years of work as a yoga teacher, she has come to appreciate the complex structures of how the body can be used as a powerful tool for progress and personal development. The themes and content of her systemic therapy work have familiarised her with the possibilities of offering the immortal beauty, diversity and creativity of the human soul space to unfold. In her accompaniment of people, these areas flow together harmoniously – depending on what the particular situation requires or what the person or group in question is open to. Together with her family, she runs a training academy for yoga and coaching.
In the book “Die 49 Schlüssel zum Glück” (The 49 Keys to Happiness) published by TRIAS, this special way of passing on yoga is described with impressive pictures and stories.
