Sabine Klein: Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yogatherapie
Sabine Klein teaches yoga in Berlin and, in addition to her teaching activities, trains yoga teachers in workshops and further training courses on the topic of “Sustainable practice into old age” throughout Germany.
Interested in the wealth of different yoga styles, her first training in Vinyasa Yoga was followed by further training in, among other things, the classical style according to Sivananda, Yin Yoga and yoga therapy. From these different yoga styles as well as other forms of movement, such as Feldenkrais, Sabine knowledgeably creates her own distinctive style.
The aim of her yoga practice is to stay healthy and flexible, to come to rest and to develop a better sense for oneself and one’s environment. With great joy, she teaches techniques that help to be better in the world instead of away from it.
