Klara’s yoga classes are based on her decades of experience in yoga, her studies in psychology and coaching and her deep fascination for the human body, soul and spirit.
She is a Spiraldynamik® specialist (Swiss movement concept), trained in Pilates, Medical Yoga, Yin Yoga, meditation and various healing traditions.
Her teaching is profound, moving, intelligent, authentic and full of joy.
